Joe is an Insurance Producer, responsible for the sales and service of personal and commercial lines policies as well as the marketing for Robert D. Black Insurance Services Inc. A native of Mount Holly, Joe is an East Gaston High School alumnus and graduated from East Carolina University in 2006 with a BS degree in Communications. He also attended the North Carolina School of Insurance and received a Property and Liability license from the NC Department of Insurance in June 2007. Joe was a standout student at East Gaston, active in numerous student civic organizations and honored with the Criswell Scholar Athlete award for top male scholar athlete. During his senior year at East Carolina he was named IFC Fraternity President of the Year. Now home in Mount Holly, Joe has continued his involvement in civic groups, becoming the youngest member of the Mount Holly Rotary Club. Joe enjoys meeting people and working in his hometown, helping the people of Mount Holly and the surrounding regions with their insurance needs.
